We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. If we made an error with your order, please contact us letting us know with pictures of the product at returns@shopmillcreekdesigns.com.
 
If your order was received damaged, please contact us within 5 days at returns@shopmillcreekdesigns.com with photos of both the shipping box and wood sign.
