You will receive a shipping notification when your order has shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you should receive it within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email once your order is delivered.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@shopmillcreekdesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Yes, we do offer USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping at checkout. If you need your order processing rushed, please email us and we will discuss if this is possible.
Returns
We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. If we made an error with your order, please contact us letting us know the error and pictures of the product at returns@shopmillcreekdesigns.com.
If your order was received damaged, please contact us within 5 days at returns@shopmillcreekdesigns.com with photos of both the packaging and product/s.
